Please read the following text to fully understand the lucky leaf hemp return and shipping policy:

Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving the order to return the product(s) for a full refund. The products must be unopened to be eligible for a refund. Any opened products with broken safety seals cannot be returned for a refund. You will be responsible for return postage.

Exchange Policy

You have 30 days after receiving the order to do an exchange. You can only exchange unopened products. Any product(s) with broken or open seals will not be eligible for the exchange. Any return postage on exchanges will be paid for by the customer

Returns Process

  • Email orders@luckyleafhemp.com to request a refund or exchange. Support staff will then approve or deny the request.
  • Go to the post office and ship the product back to us. If the original package is unopened, you can simply write “refused” on the package. Otherwise, you will have to pay the return postage.
  • Email us the tracking supplied for the package
  • Our team will inspect the package and issue the refund.

Please note, refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.
