Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), we also allow for UPS orders at an extra charge. We offer USPS Priority and USPS Express. USPS Priority arrives within 2-3 business days after ordering. USPS Express is guaranteed 1-2 business day delivery after shipping.
We also offer UPS overnight, UPS 2-day, UPS 3-day and UPS Ground services to our customers.

Damaged & Broken Items

If your item has been damaged or broken in transit, please outline the details and send a picture (if possible) to We package our products very securely but occasionally, damage during transit can still happen. Our team reviews all damaged & broken item claims on a case by case basis.

Wrong Items Delivered

If an item was missing or your order please email and we will review the claim. It is very rare that an item was or order was sent out wrong but mistakes do happen.

Lost Items / Order

If an entire order is misplaced in the postal system or, the tracking shows delivered but has not been received, please contact us. It might be necessary to contact USPS and make a claim in these cases. Please contact USPS and reach out to us after you speak with them if the package seems to be lost in the postal system.
